3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on Radio Wave Hub are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept the following payment methods:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

At the moment, we do not offer any other payment methods. For COD orders, payment is collected in full upon product pickup from our store.

4. Order Processing & Pickup

Currently, we only offer Pickup in Store as the delivery method. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, and your products will be available for pickup within 2 business days at the following location:

Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your products. You are encouraged to inspect the items at the time of pickup to ensure they meet your expectations.

5. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the item has been picked up. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect their purchases at the time of pickup.

• If there are any issues or discrepancies with your order at the time of pickup, please notify our staff immediately, and we will address the concern on the spot.
• After inspection and acceptance, the sale is final, and no returns or refunds will be processed.

6. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. Any attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or to engage in fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of your access, and legal action may be taken.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
