Shipping Policy

Pickup in Store Only

Currently, we offer Pickup in Store as our only delivery method. Once you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the pickup time and location.

• Pickup Location:
  Pallabi Metro Station, Mirpur 12
  Dhaka, Bangladesh

• Pickup Hours:
  Saturday to Thursday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Bangladesh Standard Time)

• Order Processing Time:
  Once your order is confirmed, it will be ready for pickup within 2 business days. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Please make sure to bring your order confirmation (printed or digital) and a valid ID when picking up your purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, customers are encouraged to check and inspect their products at the time of pickup.

• Our team will be available to assist you during pickup to ensure that your order is accurate and that the products are in perfect condition before you leave the store.
• If there are any issues with the product at the time of collection, please inform us immediately, and we will address the concern on the spot.

Important: Once the product has been picked up and inspected, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
